Art of Facial Massage- TMJ and Fascia

his is a Fascia and TMJ focused class where each person will learn techniques that specifically targets the fascia, a connective tissue network beneath the skin of the face. Aiming to release tension within the muscles and improve the appearance of the skin by reducing tension.

About the event
This is a Fascia and TMJ focused class where each person will learn techniques that specifically target the fascia, a connective tissue network beneath the skin of the face. Aiming to release tension within the muscles and improve the appearance of the skin by reducing wrinkles, puffiness, and promoting better circulation.
This class will also be heavily focused on jaw tension and TMJ. We will use various tools and different Buccal massage techniques to relieve that deep jaw tension many of us suffer from.
